簡介說明這兩個排名的指標：
泰晤士報（The Times）的排名依據經濟活動與創新、學術研究、國際化程度、師生比、研究指標等不同方面評定。

QS（英國教育組織Quacquarelli Symonds）的排名以師生比、雇主評價、學術互評、教職員引文量、國際化程度為排名依據。
